training and matches

 

You won't need any special equipment or clothing, apart from a pair of trainers, but do wrap up warm, especially in the winter.

 

The training is a mixture of match play and drills but the focus is always on enjoyment so don't worry if you haven't played in a few months or even years! The youngest players for the club are 14 and the oldest is 70!

 

There is no obligation to play matches, but if you would like to, we play at various locations in Nottinghamshire.
